Service a Product

Would you like to return an item for service?
CASMED’s dedicated Technical Support Specialists must issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number prior to authorizing the service.

To obtain an RMA:

Please email our Specialists at techsrv@casmed.com or call  #800-227-4414 option #1 during normal business hours

To receive an RMA number, please have the following information available:

  • Hospital Name and location
  • Monitor type and serial number
  • Service need being requested or a short explanation of why the unit needs servicing
  • Reference the RMA number on the outside of the package and on any accompanying paperwork. 
    • For International returns, we suggest adding the following statement “Articles to be repaired, altered, or processed in the United States”
